With over 25 years of experience in the resource sector, Mark has held key management positions and overseen complex, large-scale projects in oil and gas, iron ore, and critical minerals. His academic background in engineering and commerce provides him with the tools to handle negotiations effectively, build strong client connections, and oversee every phase of project execution.

Dino Foti Executive Chairman

With 40 years of experience as a qualified civil engineer, Dino has been a key contributor to major infrastructure projects and the construction of oil, gas, petrochemical, and mineral processing facilities. Throughout his career, he has held various management roles that have enhanced his expertise in project management and advanced construction methodologies, including design, manufacturing, and plant modularisation.

Chris Emer is a senior construction manager with extensive experience in the mining and resource sector, both on and off-site. Chris held pivotal senior management roles at Monadelphous Infrastructure, where he was responsible for driving acquisitions, overseeing integration processes, and spearheading business growth initiatives.
